500 Days Of Summer
Directed by Marc Webb, Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays the protagonist in the film called Tom, Tom Hansen, a trained architect who works as a writer at a greeting card company. Summer which is played by Zoey Deschanel, is an assistant to Tom's boss and has romantic interest of Tom. This movie is an offbeat romantic comedy about a woman who doesn't believe true love exist, and the young man who falls for her.
The film is presented in a non-linear narrative, as it jumps from various days within the 500-day span of Tom and Summer's relationship, indicated by an animation that includes the day's number; this summary is a linear version of the event of the film.
Tom discovers that the pair have plenty in common despite the fact that she's seemingly out of his league; for starters, they both love the Smiths. All he can think is about Summer. Tom believes deeply in the concept of soul mates, and he's finally found his love. Unfortunately for Tom, Summer sees true love as the stuff of fairy tales, and isn't looking for romance. Undaunted and undeterred by his breezy lover's casual stance on relationships, Tom summons all of his mighty courage to pursue Summer and convince her that their love is real - Jason Buchanan.
